Summer 2009

Well people, school started again, year nine, back to homework, broing maths lessons, gcses and gossip. What fun :S but all i all, my summer was the best one yet, I met lots of awesome people at Grapevine and got to spend a lot of time with my friends. I got to work on my tan too :) I am so exited too because my school is organised a french exchange programme and I get to tak part, I am hosting a french girl called Manon Poujol, who is a lovely girl, Im talking to her on msn now :) and then I get to go over to France for a week myself, how much fun! I m sorry Ive been such a rubbish blogger, but I have been up to so much and Im sure I'll tell you all about it very soon. Ive been tio see Tim hughes, Thebandwithnoname, Hannah ATkins,and Phatfish live :) so much fun and Ive been camping to the Christian festival Grapevine with my best friend Holly. I met amazing people, yes Ollie Taylor and Gine, you two are amazing!! Gotta go, Ill keep you in the link. Over and out :L byeeee

Grapevine!

Grapevine is an amazing Christian holiday camp / festival thing that I go to every year with my church and boy is it fun! Theres everything from music gigs, late night dances, workshops during the day, shops, markets, and you get to camp too! Im going with my best friend Holly and its gonne be so much fun! Why do people always expect you to grow up so fast?

I mean, seriously. Im only 13 and some girls my age are acting like theyre 16 for crying out loud! Who wants to grow up so fast anyway!? Trust me, if I could live in Neverland, I would (: some people just need tom stop and smell the flowers sometimes. Appriciate their surroundings, this place is full of natural beauty. When I grow up (which will be quite a long time if ever) Im gonna explore this wonderful world, I dont see how people can just sit around and be happy with their life lying on the couch eating fries day after day. I'd much rather be out there living my life to the full - not drinking and partying, but like I used to as a little child. The way the wrold used to be when children respected their elders and most people learnt to live in harmony! Chasing butterfies and falling asleep on cats, running through poppy fields, then getting lost, like the good old days, I dont want to wish my life away, I love life. And I want to make every second of it rememorable, not regret not doing or saying a thing! Making the most of now, because each day had something important to bring (:
